Agenda · Architecture Working Session
What the session covers
A working review against your environment, not a deck. Four blocks, time-boxed.
Architecture walkthrough
Map your data sources, customer records and planned workflows. Identify the integrations your team needs to test.
Deployment-model fit
Compare your own datacenter, private cloud and hybrid options. Discuss where data must stay and who manages access.
Security & governance review
Review access controls, encryption keys and audit records. Agree which security and compliance evidence your team needs.
Licensing & 3-year TCO
Compare annual and perpetual licence terms. Separate software costs from hosting, staff, updates and support.
Who You Meet
Technical scope for the discussion
Use these topics to decide which specialists your evaluation needs. Confirm who will attend when booking.
Request an architecture review
Send an inquiry directly to PrivyCDP, or choose a time in the calendar below. This form requests a follow-up; it does not reserve a calendar slot.

Prefer to review materials first
The one-pager and technical documentation cover most architecture and licensing questions before a live session.

Vertical Coverage
Reference evidence to request
Reference customers are under strict NDA. We can describe deployment archetypes and operational patterns for your sector.
NEXT STEP
Discuss the deployment scope with engineers.
Confirm scheduling, the proposed evaluation boundary and any follow-up material during the discussion. A meeting does not establish deployment acceptance or a business outcome.
What to prepare for a useful demo
- Choose one workflow and the synthetic records needed to explain it.
- List data-flow restrictions, hosting requirements and the systems involved.
- Bring the people who own the relevant architecture and operating decisions.
What you get from the review
The review should clarify the proposed flow, demonstrate the agreed scope where available and identify evidence needed for a pilot. Confirm any release or environment dependency before interpreting the demonstration as implementation proof. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment or a commitment to a production design.
