These standards explain how to read the PrivyCDP guides, reference tables and tools. The aim is to make choices and evidence clear. Content is published by iAge Technologies, Inc.

Sources and scope

We use linked legal texts, regulators and vendor documentation where available. Secondary sources are identified when they fill a gap. A source date describes a check at that time; it does not prove the source remains current. Follow the link before relying on a price or deadline.

An unknown stays unknown. We qualify or omit claims that lack evidence. A product description is not a benchmark, a customer result or an independent certification. Examples and model inputs are labelled and need your own assumptions.

Authorship and review

Articles link to Art Kukharenko’s author page. We name a specialist reviewer only when their identity and review are confirmed. Where no legal reviewer is named, use the material as general information and seek qualified counsel. We do not invent people, credentials, customer quotes or endorsements.

Updates and corrections

Visible update dates and sitemap dates should change for material content edits. A site build or shared navigation edit alone should not refresh every article. Trackers carry dated source notes. Pricing references are planned for quarterly review, trackers monthly, and legal pages when relevant rules change. A planned cadence is not proof that every source has been checked again.

Use the “What changed” notes to understand substantive revisions. For a correction, send the URL, disputed passage and supporting primary source to hello@privycdp.org.

Using tools and datasets

Keep the source links, check dates and assumptions with any exported data. A confidence label describes evidence, not permission to process or transfer personal data. Read the dataset reuse terms and confirm rights in third-party material separately.

Product, legal and commercial decisions need review in your own environment. These resources help frame that work; they do not replace it.
