Website services and data flows
Scroll horizontally to compare all columns ↔
| Service | When it receives data | What to consider |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | After you allow optional analytics on public pages | Measures public page views. Form contents, query strings and private routes are excluded by this website’s analytics code. Browser privacy signals keep it off. |
| Calendly | After you choose “Load Calendly calendar” on the review page | Your browser connects to Calendly. Booking and connection details are handled by that service. You may use the first-party inquiry form or email instead. |
| OpenAI through the PrivyCDP assistant API | When you submit a chat message | The website API sends conversation content to OpenAI to generate a reply. Do not submit personal, patient, account, contract or secret information. |
| PrivyCDP inquiry API | When you submit an inquiry or resource request | Handles the fields you submit. A resource request does not subscribe you to marketing. Hosting and storage contract details are available on request. |
| Self-hosted fonts | When a page loads | Font files are served from this website. There is no Google Fonts request in the page template. |
This is a description of the integrations in the website code, not a complete contractual subprocessor register. Request the current hosting, storage, retention and transfer terms before sharing sensitive information. Browser storage also remembers your theme, accessibility and consent choices.
Your choices
Use “Help & settings” to change analytics consent or accessibility settings. Optional analytics remains off until you allow it. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep it off. The choice is stored for 365 days; analytics cookies have their separate 30-day expiry.
Use the review request form or email the team if you prefer not to load Calendly. The assistant is optional. Its answers need your review and do not establish legal advice, a vendor commitment or a deployment guarantee.
Product security evidence
Use the security guide to prepare questions about access, keys, audit records and recovery. Ask the team what evidence is available for your selected release and whether it requires an NDA. No SOC 2 or other independent certification status is asserted on this page.
Report a website issue
Use the contact in security.txt: hello@privycdp.org. Include the affected URL, a short description and safe steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include live credentials or other people’s data. Confirm response arrangements directly; no response-time guarantee is implied.
