These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Customer," "Client," "you," or "your") and iAge Technologies, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Virginia corporation with principal offices located in Arlington, Virginia, United States.

ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING EFFECT: By accessing, using, or purchasing our AI-native Customer Data Platform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

JURISDICTION: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Applicable data protection duties and security obligations depend on the services and agreements in scope; no certification is asserted by these Terms.

Our platform extensively uses AI for automated decision-making, predictive analytics, and real-time personalization that may significantly impact your business operations.
