Engagement · architecture review with engineers
What to expect from a customer data platform (CDP) review
This customer data platform (CDP) review agenda helps technical evaluators understand the discussion and expected outputs. It covers scope, architecture questions and possible follow-up; it is separate from the intake form and readiness checklist.
Section 01 · What You Get
Four artifacts, scoped for executive and engineering review
Each artifact is produced by senior architects, reviewed internally, and delivered through an encrypted channel of your choosing.
Current-State Data Topology Map
Annotated map of where customer data is collected, stored, and activated today — including third-party egress paths and silent data leakage.
Regulatory Exposure Assessment
Mapping of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and sector-specific obligations against your current vendor stack and data flows.
Engagement & Personalization Stack Review
Assessment of segmentation maturity, journey orchestration, model governance, and channel coverage against enterprise reference architecture.
Three-Year Cost Model vs. PrivyCDP
Side-by-side cost projection of current SaaS stack vs. a perpetual-license PrivyCDP deployment in your own cloud — including infrastructure, FTE, and compliance overhead.
Section 02 · What We Need From You
Minimal-disclosure inputs
The review is designed to operate on summary information. No production data, no customer records, no credentials are required at any stage.
- IN-01Read-only access or an inventory of your current MarTech / CDP / CRM stack
- IN-02High-level data volume estimates (events / month, profile count)
- IN-03List of regulated jurisdictions and applicable frameworks
- IN-0430-minute architecture call with your data + security leads
- IN-05Optional: redacted sample of consent records and journey definitions
Section 03 · Output Deliverables
Four sealed artifacts at handover
Executive Brief
10–14 page PDF for CIO / CMO / CISO review
Reference Architecture Diagram

TCO Model Workbook
Editable spreadsheet, three-year horizon
All findings are bound by a mutual NDA prior to kickoff.
We never publish, syndicate, or repurpose client architectures. Any reference to engagements appears only in anonymized form, and only with explicit written consent. Inputs may be returned or destroyed on request at the close of the engagement.
What to prepare for the architecture discussion
- A source-to-destination diagram with data categories and operating owners.
- A synthetic example of the identity, permission or activation behavior to test.
- Existing policies, required evidence and unresolved environment dependencies.
What the discussion should produce
Use the meeting to agree the evaluation boundary, identify who owns each open decision and choose the next observation needed. A proposed architecture still needs release-specific contracts, environment preparation and acceptance tests. The conversation does not establish a production deployment, an auditor result or a commercial commitment.
Discuss your deployment with engineers.
Bring your data flow, operating owners and evaluation questions.
