Request a customer data platform (CDP) architecture review

This customer data platform (CDP) review intake helps architecture teams describe their deployment requirements and open questions. Submit only the information needed to scope a discussion; use synthetic examples rather than customer records or credentials.

Section 02 · Intake Form

Submit the architecture intake

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Submit scope information only; do not include customer records or credentials.

Submission constitutes a request for engagement. NDA documents will be issued prior to any technical disclosure.

Designed to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS and FedRAMP evaluations; deployment evidence required

What to prepare for the intake

  • The business workflow and the observation that would establish a useful pilot.
  • Deployment location, data categories, source systems and approved destinations.
  • The owners of infrastructure, identity, privacy, security and integration decisions.
  • Measured workload assumptions and any requirement still unknown or under review.

What happens after the intake

The intake gives the engineering discussion a scope. The next step is to clarify the intended workflow, operating responsibilities and evidence needed for an evaluation. A submitted form is not a confirmed meeting, an accepted architecture or a deployment commitment. Response timing and any commercial scope must be agreed directly; this page makes no response-time guarantee.

Use synthetic examples and describe constraints without uploading customer records or credentials. Record missing information as unknown so the discussion can assign an owner instead of filling a gap with an assumption. If the required environment or integration contract is unavailable, identify that dependency before scheduling a pilot. The goal is a bounded next decision with explicit acceptance criteria, rather than an open-ended implementation promise.

What you get from the discussion

Agree the problem statement, a proposed evaluation boundary, open questions and the next evidence to collect. The review agenda describes the conversation; the deployment readiness checklist gathers environment prerequisites. No legal approval, certification or final production design is implied by submitting this intake.
